The breakfast buffet included a variety of options, and the staff's friendly demeanor added to the pleasant atmosphere. The cigarette smoke smell in the corridors was off-putting.

Thank you, I appreciated my excellant stay and would want to stay there again. The setting is great, close enough to Crawley town centre, and most restaurant and shopping centres, great area. You can relax at White Hart, located nearby:)))

Marvellous location for visiting pubs and bars next to the hotel. Area around had variety of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.
Well, the area was uninviting overall.

The hotel is centrally located and is clean and tidy. Spacious rooms, the equipment looks a bit homely, but is comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were really friendly, having my reservation ready. The big bathroom had a lovely hot shower with great pressure. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. The downside? I noticed some noise from a nearby pub, but closing the window helped a lot. The bed was super comfortable, but the absence of room service and more variety in pillow options would have enhanced my stay. Breakfast offered both hot and cold options, quite satisfying, even if I didn't utilize it fully due to the early flight. It was a pleasant experience, especially for the rate paid, although improvements in noise control and room amenities like pillow selection would make it even better.
